Lost on Lost (this will contain spoilers)

So who wants to talk about the Lost final show?

I have questions and comments I wish to share

For example, if everyone is dead, who was on the plane

which plane? the Oceanic flight or the Ajira flight? or the plane flying over Jack?

The one at the end flying over Jack as he was dying
It had
Lupidus
Miles
Swayer
Kate
and Richard

So are they dead too or only in the other life?

I think they're all dead in the Alternate Life... but the ones on the plane were still alive at the time. There was a line about "we all die, just at different times"

So then how come Hugo says to Ben
"You were a good Number 2"? (Nice “Prisoner” reference there)

They all seemed to know about their life on the island
I did think it was interesting that Juliet and Jack were once married in the other life though

I just read this blog and I think he makes a number of good conclusions.

I think Hurley and Ben stayed on the Island to protect it, then found a new "candidate" to take over for them. Or maybe Ben was still protecting it and that's why he didn't go into the church with Hurley.
